QUALITY POLICY

GENERAL PRINCIPLES AND PURPOSE OF THE QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The company’s Quality policy is focused on the pursuit of customer satisfaction, trust and loyalty and on full compliance with mandatory regulations / laws. 

To achieve this, the company organization must commit itself to the achievement and maintenance of specific objectives which, as a whole, must determine the achievement of the global quality strategy.

In this context, it must be considered as a fundamental means to guide Magicmotorsport S.r.l to improve its performance and achieve the vision corporate

To make this possible, the quality policy addresses specifically the business aspects necessary to guarantee its success, namely:

  • all business processes for which the types and levels of future improvements must be defined, identifying the indicators suitable for their management;
  • to Customer Satisfaction, defining the expected level and the actions to be taken to achieve it;
  • to Company Personnel who, feeling part of a team aimed at pursuing business success, must find the most appropriate atmosphere and stimuli for their development, safety and satisfaction; against this commitment, constant investment in staff training / updating is systematically guaranteed;
  • the Expectations of the Property in relation to the achievement of the desired level of return with respect to the resources committed;
  • to Suppliers and Commercial Partners in order to achieve high levels of contributions and collaboration for the purpose of common growth;
  • Resource Management (financial, infrastructural, human and environmental) in order to guarantee effective and continuous support for the growth and success of the company;
  • to the constant connection with the Analysis of the Context / Expectations and the Evaluation of Risks / Opportunities.

The General Management has chosen compliance with the UNI EN ISO 9001 standard and the continuous improvement deriving from its application as a management tool for achieving the goals.

The application of the quality policy is also implemented through the definition and formalization, during the Management review and at variable intervals, of specific quantifiable and measurable objectives for each level, company function and process considered strategic by our Organization.
